Quality is extremely important to us. We are NHBRC certified, and are used to building in security estates according to all the architectural and environmental guidelines. We are accustomed to dealing with home owners associations and have an extremely pleasant relationship with each association we have dealt with.

Extremely Fair Fees, and Dealer Price Benefits Passed on to You

We have built up a database of suppliers and know where to find products at the best prices. We also get dealer prices for much of our building supplies and pass this benefit on to the customer.

Our fees are reasonable. We believe in building a base of happy, repeat customers. Our pricing structure on our quotes is completely transparent.

Stress Reduction

We know that home building and renovations can be extremely stressful. We've lived in about 20 houses that we owner built ourselves, so we really understand this point. What we do to minimize the stress is to stay in communication with you all the time. We also propose realistic timelines and explain to you what factors can cause the timelines to change. Things like rain in winter can affect builidng timelines, so we will build in a buffer to account for issues like these.

We are highly practical and can be as involved as you would like regarding suggestions to save on cost, or practical details that will improve your living experience in your new home. We can advise on environmentally friendly, green building approaches and products as well. Aside from the obvious responsibility to the the environment, green building also really can save you money in the long term.
