We Offer the following architect services.
- Cape Town Architect / Design. Preiss & Preiss is qualified to design houses, and submit house plans to council for approval. Andrew Preiss is Senior Architectural Technologist and a member of the South African Council for the Architect Profession.
We will work with you on your house desing to achieve a practical, aesthetically pleasing home, according to your taste, that meets your needs, taking all factors into consideration.
- House plans drawn up and submitted to council. We will draw up the architectural plans and submit them to council for approval.
- Compliance with NHBRC where applicable. We are fully acredited with the NHBRC and will make sure that your house is designed with compliance in mind.
- Compliance with Home Owners Association standards. We are builders of many houses in a variety of security estates and are familiar with dealing with Home Owners Architectural and Environmental Guidelines.
